**The Vacancy**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Engagement Officer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
The Customer Engagement Officer will be a great communicator who loves to help customers and encourages them to get involved. They will need to co-ordinate customer engagement and support the Assistant Director of Customer in championing Customer Voice throughout the organisation and to raise the profile of this work externally to our customers in line with our Engagement Strategy, using a range of communication methods.
The Customer Engagement Officer with be energetic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. The officer will empower and support the work of our engaged customers, including our Resident Voice and Influence Panel (VIP), to shape decision making and scrutinise services.
A key part of this role will be to bring the Engagement Strategy to life, continuously measuring success through live examples and case studies to show case the work which is being done. You will be super organised with booking meetings, surveys and roadshows and ensuring our VIP is supported in scrutinising our performance. You will work closely with our Communications team to jointly deliver key messages to our customers in a timely and creative way.
You will be working with the Assistant Director to progress and maintain our Tpas accreditation, supporting and challenging teams to deliver services in the most customer friendly way. The officer will be organised and have good attention to detail to ensure issues are picked up and progressed without delay.
