Responsible to : Team Leader - Assets & Facilities
Hours : 37 hours per week
Salary : Scale 3 Pt. 5 - £21,575 FTE
Benefits : Company Techscheme, Health Scheme, Cycle to Work Scheme, Flexible Working
Leave : 29 days’ per annum + Bank Holidays, rising to 33 + bank holidays after 5 years’ service

Elevate is a Social Enterprise, wholly owned by GIPSIL. Elevate undertakes and manages refurbishment projects, repairs and maintenance for GIPSIL and other clients. Elevate provides professional services and consultancy work to a range of clients.
The Repairs Coordinator will liaise directly with Maintenance Operatives, Contractors and Clients to deliver Repairs and Maintenance. To provide support to the team to enable the key functions to operate, monitoring information and reporting as directed, inputting information and reporting back to the Team Leader.
As a Repairs Coordinator, you will be working on the compliance and maintenance team assisting with:
- Administrative support to the compliance and maintenance team.
- Regular contact with operatives, ensuring the workload is completed within time frames.
- Collectively working towards targets with the maintenance team.
- Managing customer care operatives' workloads.
- General admin duties.
- Schedule/plan appointments into appropriate work programmes.
- Ensuring operatives workloads are maximised to optimise jobs completed.
