A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a fast-growing online retailer in South Bristol The role is fully office based, working Monday to Friday 8:30am to 17:00pm. Ideal position for an enthusiastic, motivated, and friendly person

**Benefits**:

- Non scripted conversations- Problem solving when required- Providing quotations for goods- Taking orders and payments- Processing product returns- Working with bespoke computer software- Stock update imports (Excel skills desirable)- General admin duties- Excellent verbal and written communication skills-
- Excellent PC and keyboard skills- Ability to multi-task and reprioritise workload- Enthusiastic, friendly, and enjoys working in a team- Reliable and punctual- Some experience in a similar role advantageous, but not essentialIf you're interested in providing excellent customer service and this job sounds like a good fit for you,
