**Customer Service Executive**

**Clevedon, Bristol**

**Salary £23,000 - £25,000**

**Hybrid working (3 days per week in the office)**

This is a really exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team within a privately owned company in the aviation sector. The role involves developing and growing the already well-established business delivering their services to customers across the UK and internationally.

**The job**

You will be providing admin support to the Business and Communications Manager ensuring a smooth operation for their business and consumer clients.
- Maintain great relations with customers
- Support research and generation of new prospects using a variety of channels
- Maintain accurate information on CRM system
- Respond and follow up on inbound enquiries
- Maintain a competitor activity spreadsheet
- Gain a good understanding of services to advise customers
- Provide additional support to the team as required

**The Person**

You will need proven customer service and admin experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A dynamic approach to working with B2B and B2C customers, identifying needs and helping ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Well organised and able to prioritise
- Be passionate about sales and service
- Confident using Microsoft Office Suite
- B2B customer experience and working with a CRM system desirable
