Customer Service Executive Team Lead

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive Team Lead to join Medaco as part of their Customer Experience team. You will report to the Head of Customer Experience and support in leading a team of 3 Customer Service Executives.
**The Opportunity**
As the Team Leader, you will support the daily monitoring of the customer service team and be the first point of escalation for troubleshooting and resolving issues. You'll share lessons learned and perform root cause analysis with Head of Customer Experience to help improve the processes in place. As well as guiding the team, you will also perform Customer Service Executive duties including:
- Handling inbound customer service enquiries including invoicing, chasing parts keeping customers updated, job reports.
- Work with Key Account Managers on specific customers to ensure the contract is run smoothly
- Onboard new customers
- Contract renewals
- Quoting for remedial repairs
- Processing jobs for engineers
**What you'll bring to the role**
You'll have experience in a similar customer service role with experience of leading a supervising a small team and being used to troubleshooting and dealing with escalated queries. You'll have a great attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
