We are searching for an engaging and resourceful Reservations Administrator i.e. to join our team. Our Reservations Administrator will act as lead inputting reservations hotel bookings.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accurate entry of guest information into the hotel management system.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Manage group bookings and special requests efficiently.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Update availability and rates across all booking platforms.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports.
- Assist with billing and payment processes related to reservations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
