**Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain accurate records of guest bookings and reservations.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, including answering phone calls and managing correspondence.
- Promote hotel services and facilities to enhance the guest experience.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent guest services in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus but not mandatory.
- A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential traits for success in this role.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £11.15-£11.75 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
