**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, and other communal areas.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Follow established health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
- Assist in the preparation of dining areas when required, including basic cooking tasks if needed.
- Maintain a positive attitude while working both independently and as part of a team.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Experience in basic cooking is considered an advantage.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
