Monday - Sunday cover ( Flexible hours needed - including early mornings, late evenings and possibly weekend cover.)

This role is for 20 hours a week with potential for overtime, this is to be reviewed at 3 months to potentially increase to 30 hours.

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong cleaning experience and excellent organisational skills.

You'll be responsible for providing cleaning cover during staff sickness and holidays, carrying out audits and spot checks across multiple sites, delivering stock, and assisting the area manager with the day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cover cleaning duties at sites when regular staff are on leave or unwell
  • Carry out audits and spot checks to ensure high cleaning standards
  • Deliver cleaning stock to sites as required
  • Assist the area manager with staff coordination and site oversight
  • Support and guide cleaning staff to ensure consistent performance
  • Liaise with clients and respond to site-specific needs professionally
  • Keep accurate records of site visits and stock usage

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cleaning (commercial, office, or industrial)
  • Supervisory or team leader experience is desirable
  • Full UK driving licence (required)
  • DBS (Desirable)
  • Flexibility to work various hours
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
