Cleaning Supervisor

At **The Little Cottage Cleaning Company** we take our work very seriously. We currently have a vacancy for an **honest, reliable and hard working person **to join us as **Crew Manager** working in domestic and commercial environments across multiple sites. You **MUST be a driver**, and will be driving company vehicles. You will work between **35 and** **40 hours per week** of various shifts, between the hours of 6am and 6pm**, Monday to Friday. No weekend or Bank Holiday working.**

You will be required to carry out domestic and commercial cleaning plus associated tasks such as ironing, laundry etc. You will also supervise the work of your team (usually 2 people) making sure all tasks are completed to the correct standard. Ongoing training is provided whilst you settle into your new role with progression available for the right people.

To ensure we **attract and keep** the **BEST staff** we offer a great starting salary of **£12 per hour.**

Our work schedules are **over 5 days, Monday to Friday, NO WEEKEND WORKING. **This is a permanent position with great prospects.**

We are **VERY STRICT** on who we employ and only want the **BEST** people. You will be asked to go through a test and interview process as part of our selection. Only those who are **serious about a career in cleaning**, who have the **right attitude** and **best skill set** will be selected to join us.

Once you have passed our rigorous selection process you will work within a domestic or commercial setting carrying out cleaning with your team using Eco-Friendly, Biodegradable and microfiber products. You will also be asked to work on deep cleaning and specialist cleaning projects.

All successful applicants are required to provide a current DBS certificate or be willing to undergo a DBS check on appointment to post.
