Retrofit Compliance & Lead Energy Assessor
- Salary - up to £50,000- Full Time - Permanent - Homebased (Remote)_
What are we looking for?
We are looking to onboard a Retrofit Compliance & Lead Energy Assessor who will support the Mears Net Zero & Partnership Development Team.
To develop our strategy and approaches to design and deliver specialist carbon reduction related support for our clients, including the achievement of, and compliance with, all required domestic retrofit accreditations and client domestic stock retrofit solution design through data analysis and delivery and/or coordination of domestic retrofit assessments.
We are looking for you to create a framework to consistently capture the progress and outcome of domestic retrofit projects delivered with operations to ensure compliance with funding and accreditation requirements, whist undertaking compliance checks for all retrofit projects to ensure compliance with PAS requirements and funding criteria.
Key to your role will be Identifying retrofit project risks during scheme design and during delivery and recommend solutions to mitigate them

You will be able to put your stamp on the future domestic retrofit solution and carbon reduction approach and how we provide support to our wide network of clients across the UK and Mears Group as an organisation.
