Were building our network of freelance Retrofit Coordinators (PAS 2035:2023 qualified) ahead of upcoming Wave 3 mobilisation and are keen to connect with experienced professionals available for contract work. What Youll Do (Client Assignments) Coordinate retrofit projects to PAS 2035 standards across risk paths AC Lead risk assessments, ventilation and moisture strategies Review designs, assessment outputs and handover documentation Liaise with Assessors, Designers and Installers to ensure compliance Provide QA and reporting support to delivery partners What Youll Need Level 5 Retrofit Coordinator qualification (PAS 2035) Strong understanding of ECO4 / SHDF / GBIS delivery Experience working with housing associations or contractors Proficiency with Elmhurst or Stroma software Self-employed / Ltd contractor setup preferred Day Rates £500£800 per day (depending on experience and project scope) FreelanceNationwideFlexible start dates Why Work Through Retrofit Talent? ?
