As a Retrofit Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the process of retrofitting existing systems or components with newer, more efficient ones. This role involves coordinating between various stakeholders such as clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that retrofit projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Key responsibilities MAY include conducting site assessments, developing retrofit plans, sourcing materials, obtaining necessary permits, scheduling installations, and overseeing quality control.
**About You**:
- Effective communication is essential in this role.
- A strong understanding of building systems and energy efficiency principles is ideal.
- You will be accredited with Elmhurst and Trustmark.
- Able to commute into the office in London 1-2 times per week.
- Have a real passion for reaching the goal of Net Zero and being a key part in the company's growth.
