Medsolve are proud to be working with a client who are looking for an **experienced Residential Support Worker** to join their new residential Children’s home based in Walsall.

**This is a full-time, permanent role - Days & Nights**

As a **Residential Support Worker**, you will be responsible for providing care, support and assistance to our residents, ensuring that the home is clean, safe and comfortable. This position requires a special brand of personal qualities because the Support Worker will be working closely with those in need of extra care.

The main duties of the **Residential Support Worker**:

- Uphold company values in a residential home setting.
- Ensure the smooth flow of activities within a residential home setting.
- Resolve issues that may arise.
- Provide support for individuals in a residential home setting.
- Support people in a residential home setting.
- Negotiate, plan and evaluate care services for individuals.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required of the **Residential Support Worker**:

- Recent experience working in a residential Ofsted environment.
- Level 3 Diploma for Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (or equivalent qualification).
- Full UK Driving Licence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
