We actively encourage the development of our team in terms of facilitating the growth of individuals to help reach and exceed their potential. **Overview**: As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will oversee the daily operations of the Residential Children's Home. You will provide guidance and support to the care team, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and act as a point of contact for external agencies and stakeholders. Previous experience in a leadership role within a residential care setting is required. Along with the care team, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day care and support of our children and young people. You will provide a nurturing and stable environment, ensuring their safety and well-being.
