We currently have a vacancy for a **Junior Marketing Executive to assist in covering a Maternity leave starting with immediate effect (9 months FTC)**

**Main Responsibilities and Duties**
- Work closely with the Brand Manager & Sales team to align objectives and deliver strong marketing initiatives to support business targets.
- Administrative support for the overall strategy and plan for the Unilin brands in each market channel, to ensure achievement of volume and brand targets in each market.
- Manage the Merchandising Flow for stands, from ordering to shipping and creating billing plans including CRM/SAP.
- Support the Brand Manager with product launches.
- Provide marketing support and guidance to, and co-ordination between, head office and local customer service and operations.
- Coordinate and organise company representation at events and exhibitions, as well as internal events.
- Provide support to our sales team in line with brand guidelines via display boards, stands, swatch books, website queries.
- Send out News Letters and Press releases via our mailing system.
- General administrative duties.

**Essential Criteria**
- Educated to Degree Level with a desired minimum of 1 year work experience in either product management or marketing role, or 3 years’ experience in product management or marketing role.
- Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a team as well as individually
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines juggling numerous projects.
- Excellent IT skills
- Have a proactive approach to work and look to embrace Unilin Values
- Flexible for travelling

**Desirable Criteria**
- Previous experience in a sales, distribution or marketing environment.
- IT skills to include previous working knowledge of SAP & CRM
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with strong capabilities within Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
