Envirogreen Polymers Ltd are working in partnership with the Govt Job start scheme to create a new role intended in particular to assist persons 18-24 and currently unemployed gain crucial work experience to help build their careers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team and to help develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services.

As a business Envirogreen is growing year on year, providing waste and recycling services to businesses all over Ireland.

The role will be wide ranging and will suit a person keen to develop their creative flair and theories learned from their education.

Some other duties will include;
- Conduct market research to identify target audience and evaluate market trends
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and website content
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, such as ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 package; including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media management platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Hours**

25 hours per week for 6 months.

**Job Type**

Temp to perm.

An increase in hours and / or beyond the initial 6 months may be desired depending on the success of the various campaigns being led by the individual.

**Further Information**

£11.44 per hour.
