OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
- Ad-hoc reception duties
- Answering telephone and directing calls appropriately
- Circulation of purchase orders and job files
- Arranging transport for goods being dispatched along with appropriate delivery notes
- Arranging shipping to and from European destinations, Ireland north and south along with the necessary customs requirements
- Processing and recording all import/export paperwork, managing the regulations and process
- Communicating with the various freight forwarders to ensure the reliable movement of goods and equipment
- General admin duties
- Knowledge of Sage to prepare for processing of invoices for holiday cover
- Booking of hotels/accommodation for engineers
- Booking of travel (flights/ferries)
- Booking company vehicles for services, inspections, repairs and MOT’s
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Glasgow, G52 4LA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
