Edenbrown Synergy is currently recruiting for a childrens Team Manger to manage a single point of contact team with the London Borough of Croydon.
The Role:
Croydons Single Point of Contact is the Croydons front door.
RAG Triage and management directions of new Contacts into SPOC
Providing case advice and directions to social workers
Completing final management oversight and decision making
Supervising up to 5 social workers
Liaising with other internal teams to support workflows to other teams (e.g. assessment team)
Monitor and manage teams day to day functioning and performance
Completing audits where required
Essential Requirements:

- Social Work Qualification
- Experience as a Team Manager in childrens social care
- Social Work England Registration
