Sales Director

We are looking for an **experienced Sales Director**, to lead a new team of sales. You must be hands on and will be given task to build a sales team for our SaaS product.
You will be given a minimum salary with company shares to build, accelerate and grow our sales income.
The **Sales Director** they want needs to be;
- Proactive
- A team leader / mentor and person developer
- Structured management style
- Have the foresight to deliver long term growth plans
- Ideally comfortable with technical products
As well as the above as **Sales Director** for this business you need to be passionate about your role, have the desire to manage your teams to be the best they can be. You must be a **Sales Director** that's not afraid to lead from the front and enjoy being customer facing as and when required.
**You will be working from the London office.**
**Role / Person**:
- You will need to be an experienced, enthusiastic, passionate **Sales Director.**:
- Experienced with mentoring, leading, managing sales teams.
- Ideally be from or have a technical background.
- Be able to create and implement positive business strategy / business plans.
- Be able to mentor, develop, motivate, and manage sales teams.
- Be able to influence and negotiate with key decision makers.
- Work with marketing team to devise / develop and implement powerful marketing strategies.
- To be a company ambassador by collaborating / share best practice with other European markets & US/UK.
**Salary**: £10,000.00-£12,000.00 per year
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
