**Project Coordinator**

Permanent - Leatherhead

We are seeking a Project Coordinator for a leading engineering consultancy specialising in defence and aerospace to join the Project Enabling Support team. The Project Coordinator central to the success of the company in being able to deliver a high-qualityadministration service across the business community.

**The team that the Project Coordinator will be part of**:
The team covers a wide and diverse range of administration tasks together with holding responsibility for multiple key business tasks. Interacting and liaising with key stakeholders across the business to enable quick and efficient delivery of work to ourclients is essential to our team success.

**The specific job description of the Project Coordinator**:
For this role in particular the Project Coordinator will:

- Full range of administration support using word, excel, visio, adobe pdf, sharepoint and dynamics
- Formatting and creating documents, invoices and purchase orders using internal company templates
- Responsibility for routine key administrations tasks; managing internal mailboxes and ensuring requests are actioned in a timely manner
- Project specific administration support
- Working within a team environment collaboratively to deliver a proactive high-quality service for the business community

**The requirements of the Project Coordinator**:
The Project Coordinator will need:

- Previous administrative experience is required for this role.
- Strong IT skills together with excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, together preferably with working knowledge of SharePoint administration.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail is key.
- Proven ability to prioritise, work within demanding deadlines and deliver high quality work under pressure.
