Extra Healthcare are a leading Recruitment Agency based in The North West.

We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our friendly team in the Birkenhead area.

This role will involve the following:

- Recruiting Healthcare Assistants and Nurses to join our team of Healthcare Professionals
- Answering calls from Clients and Staff Members
- The use of CRM Systems
- The use of Indeed and other recruitment websites
- Filing, Archiving ETC.

All of the above duties will have a training period before hand to ensure confidence in all tasks.

The working hours will be Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. This will include over-time where required, and holiday cover. Holiday cover will also involve an on-call service that will have to be covered during this time. All relevant training will be provided.

We require the following experience/ knowledge for this position:

- Great Written and Oral Communication
- Confident in Telecommunication
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Systems
- At least 1 year of working in an Administration position

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Prenton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
