Our Client is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join their Fleet Department at their Birkenhead office. As an Administrator, you will work under the direction of the Fleet Manager, ensuring the efficient management of various administrative tasks crucial to the smooth operation of the Fleet Department.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Managing and organising Lease Agreements for subcontractors and the company's Fleet Division.
- Conducting regular Driving License Checks for all relevant personnel.
- Coordinating and overseeing Insurances for the fleet vehicles.
- Handling paperwork related to the fleet, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Managing fines and parking tickets, resolving issues promptly.
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in administration
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Clean Driving Licence (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Birkenhead, CH41 3PS (required)
