International Recruitment Advisor

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our busy team as an International Recruitment Advisor to work on the Trusts International Recruitment Programme.
You will be welcomed into our friendly and supportive team who will assist you in developing the skills you already have. This role will be integral in helping us carry out our future vision and promote the Trust as a great place to work.
The role will involve supporting the International Recruitment Operational Lead to co-ordinate the international recruitment programme plan, its implementation and recruitment of overseas professionals. You will be specifically responsible for providing project support and information / analysis, supporting the Operational lead with Certificates of Sponsorship, Contracts, Visa Checks and Occupational Health.
You will assist when required in the creation of materials to aide settlement of new international recruits to the UK, supporting our new Pastoral & Cultural Support Officer.
You will aide as and when required in the induction week, ensure and monitor timelines met for nurses in relation to specific rules e.g. driving, OSCE & visa requirements and professional registration etc.

1. Liaise with our international recruitment agencies ensuring the required compliance checks have been undertaken.
2. Responsible for submitting requests for Certificates of Sponsorship including: 1. Compliance with the SMS system
3. Carrying out online visa checks
3. Deal efficiently and effectively with all incoming enquiries in a timely manner ensuring that any follow up actions required are noted or passed to a colleague accordingly.
4. Liaise with Learning and Organisational Development regarding corporate induction attendance, issuing of CPFT academy login and preceptorship.
5. Communicate information relating to the whole international recruitment process to colleagues, manager’s and applicants in a timely manner.
6. Act as a first point of contact for all international recruitment related queries.
8. Undertake specific compliance checks on recruits once they have arrived in the UK, this includes: 1. DBS (Criminal Records Check)
2. Occupational Health Check & appointment attendance.
12. Ensure that all recruitment is dealt with effectively and in a timely manner
13. Maintain an awareness and knowledge of current recruitment legislation and international recruitment.
14. Assist when required into creation of materials to aide settlement of new international recruits to the UK and ensure availability of documents to guide new international recruits
