**Key Role Responsibilities**:
As an HR Administrator (Employee Relations & Recruitment), you will be an integral member of the Vindis Groups Human Resources Team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Championing and maintaining a culture of client service excellence; ensuring that the expectations and requirements of the departments clients are delivered upon.
- Analysing the data available, to make swift, decisive and effective decisions, to deliver the most appropriate outcome within your business area.
- Maintaining records of employee relations cases and assisting the Advisors with case management
- Assisting the Advisors with executing certain people practices e.g. meeting minutes
- Ensuring a culture of a positive approach to Policy, Compliance and Risk Management is being championed and progressed within your business area.
- Coordinating interviews and assessments, including the preparation of required materials.
- Organising interview and assessment paperwork, including completing the required employment checks.
Supporting the Advisors and Specialists in the coordination of their roles and with the development of projects, in conjunction with HR Leadership Team.
- To support the wider HR Team with projects, to develop, and maintain a suitable level of competence.
**Prerequisites**:
- Good communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence required
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual that is seeking career development in an innovative and dynamic organisation.
The position offers 40 hours per week and there is potentially some flexibility in the structure of these, which can be discussed at the point of interviewing.
As the workload within a HR Department fluctuates, you will be expected to demonstrate flexibility with respect to your working pattern, to ensure that the demands of the department are met.
