The IT Access Administrator has responsibility for managing system permissions for all internal Colleagues in the business, they will be working closely with the Service Desk, liaising with other technical resolver teams and business stakeholders on a dayto day basis. They will be primarily responsible for completion of all new starter, mover and leaver processes and adherence to the strict policy & procedures surrounding them, defining, documenting and gaining approval for all new job role permissions templatesand completing regular pro-active reviews of all existing Colleagues permissions and documented job role permissions. They will be quality focussed with excellent attention to detail, self-motivated and able to prioritise to strict deadlines.

Key Accountabilities
- Completion of all new starter, mover & leavers adhering to strict policy/procedure
- Responsible for the maintenance of role-based access control (RBAC) including audit requests, AD templates, liaising with Senior Managers on permission sets for new job roles, ensuring all new starters have the associated new starter form from People Team
- Work with Senior Managers to regularly recertify all existing colleague and documented role-based permissions
- Regularly perform Active Directory housekeeping duties to keep the OU hierarchy clear of stale, unused, expired, and other no longer needed objects; documented and presenting any improvements for approval
- Ensure all Active Directory accounts are setup within the correct location and required fields completed such as an accurate description, manager assigned, job title recorded, department recorded, location, profile (personal drive) configured
- Ensuring Active Directory account management best practice
- Define and communicate AD procedures and standards

**Qualifications**

Essential Experience
- Strong understanding of best practise in Active Directory management, on premise and Azure
- Experience in a Role Based Access Management role or similar
- Motivated, self-driven individual, capable of working on own initiative
- Ability to deliver to tight timescales, changing priorities & policy requirements
- Confident written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Stakeholder Manaement
- Experience of working with colleagues at all levels in a business
- Reliable and with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of MS Powershell

Desirable Experience
- Experience of working in a highly regulated environment, ideally the Financial Services industry
- IT related degree
- ITIL V3 Foundation
- ITIL V3 Intermediate qualified
- ITIL V4
- Experience in a 2nd Line support role

Technical Skills & Experience
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange 2016, MS Azure, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, DHCP, Config Manager
- Experience of administering access within Telephony platforms
- Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC)
