**Financial Adviser Support Administrator - £23,000 + benefits**

One of IT Bods leading clients is a Financial Services company that specialises in advising customers aged 55+ in later life mortgages. Their rapidly growing business has opportunities for enthusiastic, experienced Financial Adviser Support Administratorto join the team.
- Administration Checks on all New Business Protection cases
- Ensure Intelligent Office file fully completed
- Liaise with Compliance Manager with any concerns
- Post-sale customer support for all Protection cases
- Support Protection advisers
- Chasing Policy Documents
- Updating New Business spreadsheet
- Checking and scanning Policy documents

General Office Duties:

- Post - opening, scanning, and distributing to Financial Adviser or Adviser Support
- Franking of mail
- Addressing any printer/shredder or stationary issues.
- Answering and transferring of calls to relevant member of staff
- Updating Intelligent Office (Back-office system) with telephone call information
- Processing Letters of Authority
- Excellent customer services
- Making sure all client records are retained in line with the firm’s Data Security / Data Protection/ Record Keeping policy

About you:

- Possess a positive, confident, and assertive attitude always
- Ability to maintain a professional attitude
- Ability to demonstrate an enthusiastic and committed approach.
- 7 GCSE’s including good passes in Math’s and English Language
- Ideally have 2-3 A-level passes
