**THE COMPANY**

A well known charity within Animal protection looking to grow and become a data driven organisation 40% of their work is about getting new business and growing their name, this role sits within the 40% and would be invaluable in the organisation

**THE ROLE**

As a CRO Lead, you will be focussing on building out testing strategy and optimising donations. More specifically you will have to:

- Build CRO strategies looking to optimise customers online, focussing on reducing drop off and personalisation of the customer journey
- Run tests and test analysis to understand more about customers online and how best to personalise their experience
- Provide insights and reports on the effectiveness of CRO campaigns and help to build out the company wide digital strategy

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Confident using a testing tool such as Google Optimize
- Web Analytics, Google Analytics ideally
- Great communicate, you will work with a range of stakeholders and it is essential you can convey complicated terms in digestible language
