**The company**
Hi Everyone, I'm currently working with a self-funded charity who are looking for a CRO Lead
**The role**
Working across the organisation, this role will use data and insight to understand what users are looking for, and then optimise digital journeys to increase engagement and conversions. This will aid with the development of their strategic digital direction,and the digital & marketing activity and will ensure a programme of continual learning and improvement.
**Your Skills and experience**
- You use 'live' analytics, A/B and MV testing, heatmaps and research (both qual and quant) to prioritise, make decisions, test, measure, and iterate.
- Experienced in using CRO tools e.g. Optimise, Hotjar, Crazy Egg and user testing tools, e.g. Usertesting. Confident in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and data-driven attribution models.
- Experienced in transitioning CRO into a mature, multi-moment CRO programme
- Confident in identifying and testing new tools, technologies, and processes to improve conversion rate performance, free growth, consumer engagement, and delivery against key metrics.
- Experienced in developing, managing, and iterating successful CRO experiments - across journeys and digital channels
