**The Company**

A leading animal charity is looking for a CRO Lead to come in and make sure their campaigns are hitting the right people, to spread their message to the most people as possible. Want to help in a pet-friendly environment then this is the role for you.

**The Role**

You will use Google Analytics and Google tag manager to investigate customer journey, customer drop-off, and user interaction across the website using A/B testing to improve the customer journey. You will be expected to come in and evaluate the customer'sjourney what needs to be sorted and start from scratch. You will then build out the team and continually improve the platform and the experience. You will be able to:

- Analyze data from multiple sources using Google analytics
- Communicate insight to all levels of the business
- Assist in monitoring and implementing Google tags
- Build out the CRO team

**Your skills and experience**

The successful CRO Manager will have the following skills and experience:

- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics
- A/B testing
