**Location: -Ashington, Northumberland**
**Contract Type: Permanent (Available contract 36 hours)**
**Hours: Flexibility within 24/7 shifts (12 hour shifts)**
**Salary: Hourly rate range £12.21- £13.05 (1st April 2025) depending upon experience + benefits packages.**

HQ based In Northumberland, we manage services across Northumberland and the whole of the North of England. Services range from multiple independent service living developments to single person independent living solutions and enablement packages.
Established back in 2014 we’re proud to be recognised as a reputable service provider and will continue to grow as we onboard new services. We have exciting growth plans in place for 2025 and beyond which will see our Team reach 100+ which is exciting
**Service User requirements**:
We're on-boarding a new Service User currently who is relocating from North West to Northumberland and will need 24/7 support. We are recruiting to support the existing team who have been working through the transition period to ensure it is a smooth as possible and that the care package in place delivers the 3:1 support that is required. We're looking for experienced Support Workers who are committed to working within one service full time looking for a new challenge. The Service User has limited mobility along with a wide range of additional complex needs which in addition to a full relocation and change of routines that will come will need a resilient and dedicated team.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Working as part of a dedicated Team you’ll provide person centric support to the Service User on shifts as required.
- Enabling Service Users to lead a full and active life, where freedom of choice is respected whilst assessing their needs, individual support and care plans and development of these plans as required.
- Support individuals’ safety, take appropriate action to safeguard their welfare and protect them from abuse wherever possible.
- Be an informal point of contact for those in the service users circle of support (e.g. Families and Social Workers)
- Accurately report and record any issues related to the care and support of our Service Users to monitor their health and wellbeing.
- Comply with Health and Safety regulations and have regard for the Health, Safety and Welfare of others.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and guidance.
- Be committed to our core values and treat everyone with dignity and respect.

**What you’ll need**:
- GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)
- Pass pre-employment checks.
- Full enhanced DBS
- Right to work / ID
- 5-year employment/ character referencing
- Full driving licence is preferred.
- Committed to completion of mandatory induction & training.
