Ashington, United Kingdom Home Instead Full time

Company Description

At Home Instead, caring is at the heart of everything we do; **we are very proud to be Northumberland's only home care company rated outstanding by the Care Quality Commission. **We believe that care should be personalised, that's why our clients and Support Workers are paired based on shared interests and hobbies. Because we want our Support workers to have time to deliver the care and attention our clients deserve, our visits are a minimum of 1 hour. We think it is difficult, if not impossible, to provide compassionate care and develop a meaningful relationship in a shorter time.

**Job Description**:
As a Care Professional, which is what we call our Support Workers, here at Home Instead, you will build strong bonds of trust with the people you visit, getting to know them on a personal level.

We support our clients with whatever they might need, from companionship and help getting out of the house, to help with meals and getting washed and dressed.

No two days will be the same. We offer a range of contract options, from guaranteed hours, to zero hours if you would prefer to start with fewer visits, giving you the option to build up if you wish.

Now for the benefits:

- We pay £10-£10.50 per hour (£10.50 is what we pay before 8am, after 8pm and on weekends)
- ** We also pay mileage, as well as offering paid travel and waiting time between visits**:

- Our office team are on hand at all times to provide support, and answer any questions you may have
- All of our Care Professionals complete their care certificate free of charge; we believe in developing our people
- You'll have access to our discount scheme, which offers discounts on a vast range of high street brands - you can even get 4% off Morrisons groceries and fuel

**Qualifications**:
You don't need any previous experience, as we recruit people who share our values.

We provide award winning training to ensure you are ready to provide exceptional care to your clients.

Additional Information

As a Care Professional, you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and excellent support.

If you're looking for work which is extremely rewarding and satisfactory and have a high-degree of flexibility to meet our clients' needs, we would love to hear from you. Please click on 'I'm Interested' or alternatively, contact us on **
