This project coordinator role is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to be involved in assisting with projects and activities at a large pharmaceuticals firm. Furthermore, the role will involve providing administrative support to include budget management,cross check and analysis of data as well as invoice tracking.

**Description**
Key Responsibilities of a project coordinator include:
- Assistance with projects and activities
- Using internal systems
- Monitoring payments
- Assistance with internal and external logístical meeting requirements including booking accommodation and meeting space as well as liaising with stake holders
- Assistance with approval process of medical meeting records with adherence to quality and compliance standards within required time lines
- Administration support to include budget management, cross check and analysis of data, new vendor set up, PO creation and execution of vendor agreements, invoice tracking and follow up payment queries.
- Provide support to medical operations manager as needed in project areas.
**Profile**
- Be an experienced project coordinator with great attention to detail.
- Have the ability to understand/ work with various online IT systems including Microsoft Office
- Possess strong time management skills and the ability to deal with high workload in peak times
- Have strong financial acumen
- Have the ability to travel on site in Luton when required
