We are currently looking for a Statement of Work Project Coordinator to contribute to the ongoing development and success of this relatively new venture for Comensura and to play an important part in the delivery of this service. The role will impact andinfluence key aspects of our solution. The Comensura SOW service is a full end to end solution which has been designed for customers in both the Public and Commercial Sectors. We already support several existing customers throughout the formation, set up and procurement of a SOW project. In addition,we provide a technology platform that is designed to manage all tasks and activities aligned to each SOW project and financial transactions that are agreed between customers and the contracted SOW provider KEY OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE - Supporting new projects when customer owners submit requirements and review/approve proposals - Supporting suppliers when they submit proposals, transactions and info gathering - Creating new customer and supplier users on the SOW tech platform - Ensuring project transactions are correct in the system so the billing and payments process is accurate - Checking that customer project milestones have been hit so transactions can be raised and authorised by the customer - Adjusting proposal deadlines and project end dates as and when directed by customer to ensure accurate project data is maintained - Updating new approvers for requirements/transactions when instructed to do so - New customer user demo of SOW tech platform (when fully trained) - coordinating future sessions and delivery - Customer data needs - manual and automated preparation of all reports for all customers - Share updated active supplier lists and supplier categories with customers when needed - Supporting on development of briefs/scopes of work as needed for new projects - Requesting feedback on finished projects for case studies and testimonials - New supplier user demo (when fully trained) - coordinating future sessions and delivery - Enrolment - send invites, explain nature of engagement and chase documentation - Checking if project milestones look to have been reached to encourage transactions to be raised and approved by customer on tech platform - Requesting feedback on finished projects for case studies and testimonials - Enrolment activities for new suppliers by category of supply - Weekly call to go through all live and new suppliers we are onboarding and action chase on an ad hoc basis - Requesting waivers for supplier's insurances when needed to meet the needs of Framework contract requirements - Updating Implementation Folders as appropriate with trackers and active supplier lists, liaise with Imps team on an ongoing basis SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE - Ability to engage with and support supplier and customers on a wide range of tasks and activities - A combination of strong organisational skills combined with excellent communication skills, orally and in writing - Ability to work on own initiative and to manage projects across a diverse customer base Applicants are likely to have already gained organisational and administrative experience within either a public or commercial sector environment. Of equal importance is the ability to bring skills and expertise from a customer focused organisation whichinvolves liaising with internal and external customers. An ability to work on your own initiative with a diverse range of customers will be an important feature of the role and this should be a key feature of your background and experience.
