**Role purpose**

To assist the Bumblebee Property service in delivering service area objectives to acquire and retain good quality, accommodation from the private rented sector.

To promote both the Let2Barnet & Bumblebee brand and their schemes, and work with landlords and tenants in developing a market leading social and private sector lettings agency.

**Main duties and responsibilities**

Deal directly with applicants and private landlords and occasionally agents
- Work effectively with all landlords including private as well as social landlords to procure and let homes as efficiently as possible.
- To support customers who are vulnerable due to mental or physical ill-health and to liaise closely with the staff in other agencies such as Mental Health or Occupational Therapy

Ensure that supply is maximised in accordance with the Barnet Groups KPI targets and utilised effectively.
- Prioritise gaining instructions and viewings with an enthusiastic sale persona.
- Processes the reference, credit check process and admin fee receipts for new and prospective tenants.

- Ensure that properties available to the Barnet Group are let efficiently and in accordance with the Barnet Group’s Policy
