Then, this may be the role for you Our client is a premier estate agency offering an unparalleled service in some of the most prestigious areas of London, namely Notting Hill, Kensington & Holland Park. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to providing unmatched services, they are looking to recruit a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join their team. If you are an ambitious individual who is keen to commence a career in a fast-moving environment, where there will be the opportunity to earn an attractive salary, and plenty of scope for advancement in the future, this may be the role for you Personal specification Some experience within residential estate agency would be advantageous, but is not essential Experience working in Prime Central London (preferably West Prime Central London) Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships Relevant professional qualifications would be advantageous (e.g., ARLA) IT literate Friendly personality Full UK driving licence. Our client is offering a basic salary of c. £22,000, plus on target earnings in the region of an attractive £50,000 to £65,000 A pooled car will be provided. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. When a Saturday (10am to 3pm) is worked, you will get half a day in lieu the following week.
