We are currently seeking a Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. As a Lettings Negotiator with London Property Guru, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing and letting our portfolio of premium properties, while enjoying the benefits of an uncapped commission structure.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Conduct property viewings, showcasing the unique features of our new builds and luxury listings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants
- Navigate the letting process efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.

*Requirements:*
- Passion for the luxury property market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Driving license not required.
