**We are currently working with Martyn Gerrard to help recruit for a Lettings Negotiator,**

**Must Haves**:
proven experience of 1 year in a Lettings Negotiator role

Self-driven with a can-do attitude

Ability to work in a team with other Lettings Negotiators Interest in property Excellent communication skills

Verbal and Written Ability to confidently persuade and influence others Well organised A natural Negotiator

A full UK Driving Licence

Martyn Gerrard has a large team of Lettings Negotiators with a large portfolio of properties to let, which are always increasing. Therefore, we are looking for new, highly motivated Lettings Negotiators to join our Company. Whether you are a junior or anexperienced Lettings Negotiator, as long as you are highly driven and motivated, you are the Lettings Negotiator for us.

The Role:
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for scheduling and leading viewing, negotiating between landlord and tenant in order to reach an agreement, as well as all the pre-tenancy checks. You will also be taking part in prospecting on a regularbasis and supporting other members of staff.
