This is a great opportunity to join a high-performing Apprenticeships Team as an Apprentice Support Co-ordinator to support both apprentice progression and completion.

Working with a Head of Apprentice Support in providing top quality support and guidance to both apprentices and their employers, you will develop strong, positive relationships with Apprentices, helping them stay on track and achieve their Apprenticeship(including EPA) in a timely fashion. You will be Apprentices’ first line of support, providing coaching to individual apprentices, line managers and apprenticeship leads on a regular basis. You will be required to respond to queries, monitor progress againstdevelopment of the Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours and support Managers with review meetings and dissemination of information to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Maximising Apprentice Progression & Attainment
- Ensuring a quality apprentice experience by building excellent relationships
- Provide clear and consistent management, oversight, and support to Apprentices including coaching individual apprentices
- Track and report progress of planned learning, maintaining records throughout the Apprentice/learner
- Internal/External Stakeholder Liaison
- Contributing to review meetings as directed by Head of Apprentice Support
- Being a point of contact for apprentices and
- Assist Program Team with basic tasks
- Liaise with faculty on learning materials and teaching
- Provide feedback from the reviews and business intelligence to the Head of Apprentice Support and Head of Operations
- Operations Support
- Being knowledgeable on, and able to use all program tools, platforms and processes to support the smooth running of programs
- Support with the planning and delivery of induction programs
- Record details of review meetings, other communications and issues
- Assist with appropriate selection and admissions activities
- Managing other ad-hoc internal projects as required from time to time

Skills Required:

- Experience of apprenticeships, supporting apprenticeships, line managers and their apprenticeship leads is desirable but not essential
- Experience of higher education sector is preferred but not essential
- Experience of working with online management systems
- Experience of tutoring/coaching at a management level in a work-based learning environment
- A confident user of Microsoft Office software, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Organised, Proactive, Practical and with great communication skills,
- Ability to work independently and be a team player
