As a Property Consultant, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of properties, tenants, and landlords. Your role is crucial in coordinating pre
- and post-sale administration and handling all related inquiries, ensuring we maintain our high service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring high standards of record-keeping and communication.
- Produce accurate and professional documents, including reports and client correspondence.
- Maintain compliance with data protection and lettings legalities.
- Ensure smooth start and end of tenancy procedures.
- Address and resolve complaints from landlords and tenants, supported by the Branch Manager.
- Oversee debt management and recovery, ensuring regular communication with tenants to reduce outstanding monies.
- Ensure tenancy accounts are accurate and all financial transactions are completed as per procedures.
- Manage the bond return process, ensuring timely and accurate accounting of charges and deductions.
- Handle the annual rental income and void income management for your property portfolio.
- Manage tenancy and landlord accounts, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently.
- Support Negotiators by conducting viewings during peak season.
- Proactively manage property information, including descriptions and photographs, to enhance marketing efforts.
- Focus on re-letting opportunities to maximize occupancy.
- Liaise with landlords regarding rent reviews, marketing, and vacating dates to capitalize on business opportunities.

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Strong administrative, computer, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently but seek advice and support when necessary.
- Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Full, current driving license and own transport for local travel.
- Willingness to pursue a professional qualification if required.
- Clean driving license and vehicle insured for business use.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Basic salary of £25,000 with OTE up to £30,000.

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
