**What’s the job?**

The NPP Group are searching for a Property Sourcing Agent to join the Sales arm of our business. You will be the main point of contact for our investor clients - sourcing, negotiating, and securing properties, building excellent working relationships along the way. You will work closely with your clients to understand their investment goals and aspirations, tailoring a strategy that meets their needs and specifications. You will report on financial breakdowns, expected returns, provide photos of the property, and anything else your client might need to assess the opportunity. You will lead on the progression of these deals until the point of completion.

This role will require you to have excellent business generation skills - you’ll have a proven track record in a sales environment, will be able to demonstrate your tenacity for sales and your ability to consistently meet or exceed targets. You'll need to be diligent, and will possess strong negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal skills, be proactive, and hungry to drive business. As a Property Sourcing Agent at The NPP Group, you will nurture excellent working relationships with all departments in the business, as well as external parties.

Experienced Estate Agents who are interested in making the move from Estate Agency to working in property investment are encouraged to apply.
