Property Recruitment Consultant (Property Sales or Lettings Experience needed)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Property Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in the UK property sector. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with property sales or lettings experience who are looking to transition into recruitment. No previous recruitment experience is needed — we will provide full training and support.

In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of the property market to identify top talent across residential and commercial real estate, estate agency, and property services. You will build strong relationships with both candidates and clients, helping match high-performing property professionals with leading businesses.

We offer a competitive base salary and uncapped commission, giving you genuine earning potential based on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Search:

Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking to source property professionals across the UK.

Proactively build a talent pipeline across estate agency, new homes, commercial property, property management, and prop-tech sectors.

Candidate Screening:

Review CVs and conduct telephone and video interviews to assess skills, sales ability, and culture fit.

Client Partnership:

Work closely with property companies and estate agencies to understand their staffing requirements.

Support in establishing new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

Interview Coordination & Placement:

Prepare candidates for interviews, manage feedback, and guide them through the hiring process.

Assist in negotiating offers and closing placements.

Market Awareness:

Stay informed on UK property trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor landscape.

Administration & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records and updates via our CRM system.

Provide weekly activity updates and placement pipeline forecasts.

Skills & Experience:

Essential:

Previous experience in property sales or lettings
(estate agency, new homes sales, commercial property, or similar).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence on the phone and ability to build rapport quickly.

Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-focused environment.
