Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–4pm

OPR are working with a growing property company is seeking an experienced
Lettings Property Manager
to take full ownership of its lettings function just outside of
Leeds
. This is a newly created role, offering the chance to build systems, shape processes, and lead the lettings strategy for a portfolio that is expanding rapidly across the UK.

You'll be managing a portfolio of 7 small properties initially, with more developments completing in the coming months. The company works with local agents to source tenants, then takes over the management. Most properties are outside West Yorkshire, but only local ones require occasional site visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full 360 lettings management, including compliance and legislation
  • Setting up systems and processes for a scalable lettings function
  • Liaising with local agents and managing handovers
  • Business development with existing landlords
  • Working closely with directors and internal teams

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in lettings and property management
  • Strong understanding of current lettings legislation
  • Ability to work independently and confidently
  • Driving licence required
  • ARLA qualification preferred but not essential (sponsorship available)
