We are now recruiting a **Sales Coordinator **to join our team at **Lea Marston Hotel.**

As a **Sales** **Coordinator **you are responsible for increasing sales made by the Sales and Reservations team by directly managing calls and customer queries effectively. This role is **Conference and Events** based and we want a **dedicated** individual who oozes **confidence **and shows genuine **sincerity** for their team and every guest that walks through our doors. We are happy to offer flexibility where possible

**Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards**:

- To be responsible for selling the hotels amazing conference and events facilities and achieving maximum room occupancy, whenever possible making additional sales on upgraded packages or food & beverage options.
- To ensure all correspondence are answered at once and filed accurately.
- To maintain a professional working relationship and good communication with all departments across the hotel.
- To ensure all bookings received are recorded correctly and updated when confirmed or amended.
- To have an excellent eye for detail at all times to ensure complete accuracy when taking and inputting bookings.
- To deal with guest complaints relating to their bookings and communicate their concerns to the appropriate manager
- To liaise with Conference and Events Operations, Reception and Accounts to ensure the accurate production of Conference and Events bills and that these are sent to customers within 24 hours of the event.
- To provide up-to-date information for all departments as agreed.
- To undertake any other reasonable project as requested by your sales office manager to grow and improve the business.
