Job summary

The Ops Administrator will develop skills and work across many areas to support our operational needs primarily related to FC operations, people and safety
You will be responsible for assisting the core FC operations management team in all aspects of operational admin tasks such as site ticket creation and administration, day to day vendor or delivery issues, liaising with facilities vendors/contractors and facilitating FC installations and improvements. You will also support with people experience admin tasks, both associate facing and behind the scenes relating to associate schedule maintenance, site communication & improvements, engaging with our associates to ensure they are trained, informed and supported and correctly diverting any People related queries to the correct team.

You will have to work at pace and have a strong bias for action followed closely by a high level of process understanding and administrative support. Cross functional working skills are essential as this role will work across numerous stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:
Process daily procurement requests for operational needs and work with the procurement team to confirm deliveries and shipments of supplies

Liaising with facilities vendors such as waste contractors, service vendors and pest control teams

Supporting with operational changes and roll outs.

Working with the operations team to facilitate training and retraining of all staff to achieve site KPIs

Collating and delivering feedback for associates to support with training and development/operational improvements

Collect and input data/feedback into people systems that report to HR and Operations leaders

Support hiring initiatives including events, onboarding and new hire orientation

Provide Associate support on people related topics such as basic pay queries, time off exceptions and pay related tickets and ensuring an engaging workplace environment

Contribute to creating a safe working environment through inspection facilitation and reporting

Deep dive and problem solve all issues related to role

About the team
The UUK2 leadership team are responsible for one of the largest Amazon Fresh warehouses in the UK. We offer same-day delivery on grocery and essential items to Prime customers. You will report directly to the Site Leader and be responsible for all admin tasks under the roof, enabling the leadership team to serve our customers.

Ability to work independently and proactively drive your own workload.

Strong personal skills and ability to work with a team.
