CPM are working with Amazon Fresh and are looking for driven and proactive Business Development Executives to join our Team, on an exciting new journey

£30k per annum, 10% bonus, company tablet, laptop and phone provided. Use of own vehicle and clean UK drivers license essential, Mileage paid at 45ppm. 37.5 hours per week Monday
- Friday 9am-5pm (If you are required to work a weekend you will receive time back in lieu)

**Ideal location**: London, United Kingdom, EC2A

**Territory**: Chingford, Hoxton, Shoreditch, Aldgate, Canary Wharf

**What will you be doing?**

You will also build strong relationships with the Store Managers within your territory, as they will play an essential role in providing leads for you to focus on, based on their local knowledge and who is visiting their stores.

**As a Business Development Executive you will**:

- Visit business buildings, high footfall attractions and residential buildings within your territory, to build relationships and create a buzz around the Amazon Fresh brand.
- Be a brand ambassador for Amazon Fresh and represent them in a friendly and professional way, aligned to their brand values and high-bar for customer experience.
- Conduct research into opportunities within the area and proactively contact these leads.
- Promote Amazon Fresh’s in-store offers to potential customers, by offering POS tools such as leaflets and posters
- Build relationships with Store Managers.
- Proactively feedback to your Manager on ideas that come out of your interactions and ways to improve the programme.
- Agreeing for local businesses to allow you to run an engaging sampling event at their premises, where you will plan, set up and run the event yourself.
- Researching and attending local networking events and representing Amazon Fresh.
- Meet KPI’s and record all interactions.

- An effective, confident communicator who enjoys building strong relationships with Businesses and customers.
- An adaptable and proactive person always thinking of new ways to achieve goals.
- Drive and resilience
- Previous experience in promoting a brand and building a customer base.
- Self-starter with strong planning & organisational skills. Strong focus on results and achieving targets daily, weekly and monthly.
