Amazon seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead FP&A for the European Advertising business, based in London.
Amazon Advertising operates at the intersection of advertising and ecommerce and offers advertisers a rich array of innovative advertising solutions across Amazon’s mobile and desktop websites, proprietary devices and DSP solutions. We are breaking fresh ground and pioneering a crucial platform for future Amazon growth. We are entrepreneurial and have a bias for action with a broad mandate to experiment and innovate. This role is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing divisions within Amazon.

**Primary responsibilities include**:

- Lead the financial planning process and partner with sales and product finance to manage the forecasting process.
- Lead the EU weekly business reviews, provide actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders to ensure we hit our targets.
- Lead the EU Monthly Finance Reviews to review the full P&L and track progress against key goals.
- Improve regular reporting and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Work cross-functionally with diverse teams to support regulatory, accounting, tax and legal requests.
- Partner with the Consumer team to drive actionable insights and growth.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability improvements through deep financial analysis.
- Manage a team.

London, GBR
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience recruiting, hiring and developing talent
- Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results
- Experience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan
- Experience in mentoring junior finance or business team members
- Experience working with senior staff (e.g., c-suite)
