**About the Role**:
As Sales Director, you will:
- Develop and implement a structured sales strategy to accelerate business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage an experienced sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Oversee key marketing initiatives to align with sales objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Negotiate and secure high-value contracts with key clients and partners.
**Who We're Looking For**:
- **Proven leadership experience** as a Sales Director or Senior Sales Manager in **generator hire, plant hire, equipment sales, or similar industries**.
- Strong track record in **business development and revenue growth**.
- Experience driving cultural and operational change within a structured sales environment.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ideally, experience in a private equity-backed business or a company transitioning from private ownership to a more corporate structure.
