**Corporate Sales Negotiator**

Location: Preston Docklands

Office Based

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

8.45am - 5.15pm Mon-Fri

This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Sales Negotiator to join the business who will manage a portfolio of ‘on the market’ businesses and take overall responsibility for dealing with vendors and interested purchasers within the assigned portfolio and industry sub sectors, at all stages from enquiry and negotiations through to completion.

**About the role**
- To strategically manage all activity on the assigned corporate business sales/portfolios
- To manage the forecast and profitability of the assigned corporate client portfolio and ensure that all targets are met/exceeded
- To ensure that your key performance indicators and business plans are being met and exceeded on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- To develop key relationships with buyers / key accounts and further develop the buyer network and databases
- To work closely with the central services and lead gen teams on all corporate instructions for your assigned sectors
- Problem solve, with ability to use general common sense
- Maintain high levels of customer service and comply with all group policies

**About you**

You’ll be an experienced self-starter looking for your next step on the sales career ladder.

You will have:

- Record of success within sales/customer care environment.
- Proven track record of delivering key performance indicators in a busy sales environment.
- The ability to communicate with all key stakeholders, employees and clients both internally and externally to the organisation.
- The ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
- Proven track record of customer service, sales process and telephone skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines, KPI’s and set targets.
- Proven track record of organising and planning skills.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages, Excel, Word, Outlook and experience of using a CRM tool
- Must be flexible with a can-do attitude
