Office Administrator

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Answer and manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems (Excel and Xero).
- Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and electronic documents, facilitating easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with bookkeeping including invoices, despatch notes, delivery notes and purchase orders.
- Assist with Employee management by keeping employee records up to date and supporting payroll.
- Provide clerical support by preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Manage scheduling for meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in data entry with a high level of accuracy is required.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and improving existing processes will be highly valued.
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
